C. Lane Collective is a boutique marketing agency helping small businesses elevate their brand online. We create custom websites, branding, and marketing strategies that deliver real results. Our focus is on quality, creativity, and building strong client relationships.
The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Partner to help bring in new clients. This is a commission-only role, which means your earnings are based entirely on results. You will have flexible hours, full support from our team, and the opportunity to grow alongside the agency.
What You Will Do:
- Identify small businesses and entrepreneurs who could benefit from our marketing services.
- Build genuine relationships through social media, networking, and online communities.
- Present our services confidently using the tools and templates provided by our team.
- Close deals and hand clients off to our team for service delivery.
What We Offer:
- 30% commission on every closed deal, with an average project value of $400 or more and higher earnings potential on larger packages.
