Aspen UCity

This project involved creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for Aspen Heights University City (Aspen UCity). Social media management was a key component, with targeted campaigns designed to engage the student population and elevate brand visibility across various platforms. In addition, new outreach strategies were developed to strengthen community connections and enhance lead generation. We also worked on creating and implementing more efficient systems for leasing and communication, improving overall processes and client interactions, ensuring a smoother and more effective experience for both potential and current residents.
